In anticipation, they are giving instructions to Haitian migrants on what to do if Trump ends their immigration protections.

Haiti: The first phase of the Dominican border wall is 84% complete
Port au Prince (Haiti Libre): The first phase of the border wall with Haiti that the Dominican Republic is building in the neighboring provinces of Montecristi, Dajabón, Elías Piña, Independencia and Pedernales is 84% complete and its delivery is scheduled for February 2025, reported the Minister of the Presidency, José Ignacio Paliza during a tour with the Commander General of the Dominican Army, Major General Carlos Antonio Fernández Onofre, to see the progress of the work carried out at a cost of 32 million dollars of the planned 39.5 million (excluding technological equipment).

Haiti: More than 100 bandits killed in 3 days
Port au Prince (Haiti Libre): At least 108 gang members have been killed in Haiti in three days, reports the National Human Rights Defense Network (RNDDH), a figure that constitutes the latest assessment of the recent upsurge in violence in Haiti, where armed gangs have stepped up attacks and attempted Tuesday to invade one of the capital’s upscale neighborhoods, Pétion-Ville.
Haiti: Humanitarian flights resume
Port au Prince (Haiti Libre): The United Nations Humanitarian Air Service (UNHAS) has resolved regulatory issues and will resume flights on Wednesday, November 20. UNHAS provides passenger and light cargo transportation in Haiti for the entire humanitarian community, including local and international NGOs and UN entities.
A group of Haitian students and teachers soon in Cuba
Port au Prince (Haiti Libre): The Communication Unit of the State University of Haiti (UEH) informs that a group of UEH students and their professors, most of them members of the Laboratory LAngages, DIScours, REPrésentations (LADIREP), will travel to Havana (Cuba) as part of an international intensive course organized by the research program «CUBAYITI» in the premises of the Alliance française de la Havane.
