Hamas welcomes UNESCO’s resolutions on Palestine and Israeli violations

Gaza (PIC): The Hamas Movement has welcomed the resolutions adopted by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) that call on Israel to halt its Judaization and settlement activities in Jerusalem and al-Khalil, stressing the need for action to stop Israel’s disregard for the international law.

Hamas calls on normalizing countries to close Israeli embassies

New York (PIC): The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, has declared that the forcible transfer of Gaza’s civilian population amounts to a war crime and constitutes a serious violation of international humanitarian law.

Hamas calls on the UN to restore the Gaza agreement to its path

Gaza (PIC): Hamas confirmed that Israel, backed by unlimited American support, has been violating the ceasefire agreement from the moment it was announced on January 19. The Movement called on the international community and the United Nations to compel Israel to return to the agreement and proceed to its second phase leading to a permanent ceasefire.

Israel demands UNRWA to end operations in Palestine by Jan. 30

New York, (PIC): Israel’s permanent representative to the United Nations Danny Danon has called on the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) to halt its operations in Occupied Jerusalem and evacuate its premises in the city “no later than January 30,” the day an Israeli ban on the organization is due to take effect.
