The Chronicle February 9. 2025, Harare (The Chronicle): The Chairperson of the African Union (AU) Commission, Moussa Faki Mahamat, has welcomed the decisions by the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC) and the East African Community (EAC) to hold a joint Summit to find a lasting solution to the conflict in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) that has resulted in the deaths and displacement of millions of people.
