During the meeting, President Brahim Ghali welcomed the delegation and expressed his appreciation for this visit that enables it to learn about the reality of the Sahrawi people who are struggling to obtain their legitimate right to freedom and self-determination.
President Brahim Ghali also informed the delegation of the latest developments in the Sahrawi issue in light of the reality of war and the intensification of the conflict with the Moroccan occupation in all fronts.
The meeting was attended by the Sahrawi Ambassador in charge of the Caribbean, Mr. Mohamed Azrough.
The Dominica delegation led a visit to a number of Sahrawi institutions where it inspected the progress of work and learned about the experience of the Sahrawi state in managing model institutions.
It also held meetings with a number of Sahrawi officials, including the Minister of Education and Vocational Training, Mr. Khatri Addouh, and the Minister of Social Affairs and Women’s Promotion, Ms. Souilma Beiruk.
